Cancellations
• We accept cancellations within the first 24 hours after your purchase.
• After this time, cancellations are not possible as we begin creating your order immediately.

Returns & Refunds
• Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
All items are hand-painted and personalized specifically for your order, so they cannot be resold or reused.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
• If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Include clear photos of the product and its packaging.
• We will review the case and, if applicable, we will remake the product at no additional cost to you.
